At Battaglia’s Marketplace we take COVID-19 seriously and have taken the following steps to enhance your safety:

  • Approved face coverings are mandatory and must be correctly worn while in the store
  • Door greeters will ensure each visitor receives a clean grocery cart and can provide disposable masks if required
  • Grocery cart handles are disinfected prior to each use
  • Hand sanitizer is available at store entrance and exit
  • Pin pads are disinfected prior to each use
  • It is recommended that only one shopper per family enter the store to reduce crowding
  • Please only touch what you intend to purchase
  • Physical distancing of 2 meters is being enforced
  • Floor guides are provided to help with safe distancing
  • Plexiglass shields have been installed at cash registers
  • We encourage that gloves be worn in conjunction with frequent hand washing
  • We have shut-down self serve stations
  • Please let our staff know if you are experiencing symptoms

Note that the first hour of each day (7 am – 8 am) is reserved for seniors and shoppers with vulnerabilities
